Central Coast Mental Health Document
As part of our club Mental Health and Wellbeing awareness programme we have created a document with some simple facts and support contact numbers. This can be downloaded and printed here:

It's important to note that, aside from being a GAA club, we like to think of ourselves as a family away from home. If a clubmate/friend ever feels down, or even just needs someone to talk to, a listening ear is always available. Please don't feel afraid to approach us.
Club player Brian Bell received certification in Mental Health First Aid training as part of an initiative between the Irish Support Agency in Sydney, and the Irish Consulate. This was aimed at Irish Community Groups and included members across several GAA clubs.

Cabhrú
Being so far away from home can be difficult, and an isolating experience for many. Particularly in Sydney, people are far from family and friends, and most if not every person has felt alone at some stage during their time here. Cabhrú, an Irish Abroad Emotional Support Service offer a 7 day-a-week free online counselling service to Irish emigrants in Australia.
